About Us

As we set out to furnish our first home together, we were quickly overwhelmed us with the number of choices and decisions we had to make. 

 

Aligning on a seaside English cottage design style for our home made the process so much simpler. Because this was in 2021 we  had trouble finding contractors and workers to help us with our home. To make the space more livable for our needs we got to work ourselves.

 

Along the way there were mistakes we made, things we learned the hard way, and a ton of memories made. We are glad you are here on this journey with us and we hope our blog inspires you, makes you laugh and does some of the difficult research for you up front.
